Originally set up by three Psychiatric ICU nurses who were positive about making a change in the healthcare recruitment industry, we operate transparently and maintain high fill rates without compromising Quality Assurance.

We verify all work history and references, obtain CRB Enhanced Disclosures for all candidates and regularly reject applicants during our formal interview process if they cannot meet our standards. Successful candidates complete a full induction training course with expert instructors, written exams and competency assessments.

For those wishing to join our agency, our friendly bookings team are committed to ensuring you are only placed for assignments that are appropriate to your skills and experience - we will not book you for unsuitable work placements.

We provide excellent pay rates with up to 24 days paid leave per annum, and our regular appraisals mean you have continuous support throughout your time with us.
